Time Off
We believe in a healthy balance of work and play. That is why we offer our full-time staff members the ability to earn up to 18 days of paid time off every year. As a valued member of our team, you will also be able to take advantage of seven days of annual paid holiday time.

Accelerated Trial Period
Many employers require you to go through a 3-month trial period before you are eligible for employee benefits. At Mann Eye Institute and Laser Center, most insurance plans go into effect on the first day of the month after 30 days of employment.
