FROM NORTH

Take Loop 1 (Mopac) South

You will pass the following:

Downtown area on your left
2244 (Rollingwood) Exit
Barton Skyway Exit
The exit after Barton Skyway will be Capital of Texas Highway (360) North. TAKE THAT EXIT.

Once on the service road, stay in the left lane. Before the light, take the U-turn (turnaround) which will loop you to the service road of Loop One (Mopac) going North.

Once on the service road you will need to get in the right hand lane and slow down. You are looking for a green sign in the grass, which says VIA FORTUNA (approximately ½ mile from the U-turn), after that sign Via Fortuna is the next right, (“The Terrace” office complex). DON’T TURN AT THE FIRST TERRACE ENTRANCE. TAKE A RIGHT ON VIA FORTUNA.

Once on Via Fortuna take the first right. Our building is on your right. The parking garage is straight ahead. You can park in the first garage. We are on the fourth floor in Suite 400. The Terrace is a very wooded area so slow down once you are on the service road of Loop One (Mopac) North, it can sneak up on you. If you miss the turn you will have to go to Barton Skyway, take a left, and then take another left at the next light so that you are back on the access road of Loop One (Mopac) going South. You will then do the same as before by taking the U-turn before the light at 360.

FROM SOUTH

From I-H 35 you will take Ben White Boulevard exit, also known as Hwy 71. You will exit onto Ben White going West (You will travel on Ben White for a while).

You will take the 360 North (Capital of Texas Hwy) exit, the highway will fork at that point. 360 North will be to your right.

Once on 360 North, you will go to the Loop 1 (Mopac) North exit. Take Loop 1 (Mopac) North exit to the right and then stay on the service road in the right hand lane about ½ mile.

Once on the service road you will need to get in the right hand lane and slow down. Our office is in an office complex called The Terrace. DO NOT TURN INTO THE FIRST TERRACE ENTRANCE.

Approximately ½ mile from the turn around you will see a sign in the grass that says Via Fortuna. After that sign the next street to the right is Via Fortuna. Turn right on Via Fortuna. Our building is on your right. The parking garage is straight ahead.
